The Body of Work

A connected body of work, written to rebuild a life.

The Savvy Method is a complete, practical system for building an integrated life and an integrated company — taught through two series of books, with three standalone books that meet you in the seasons of life where you most need the building to begin.

The Foundation Series

Three books, in order, that build the complete architecture — the vision, the structure, and the method. It tells you what you are building, and why.

The Practice Series

Many books, each teaching one discipline completely, that turn the architecture into the small, daily, repeatable practices that build the life in real time.

The Standalone Books

Three books that meet you inside a particular hard season — success, rejection, suffering — and show the method meeting real life, not taught abstractly.

The Practice Series

How a practice gets installed

The 66-Day Challenge

The realistic average for a habit of substance is around 66 days — not the 21-day myth. Every daily-practice book installs through the same three-phase challenge, so once you've done one, you know how they all work.

Days 1–10

1. The Honeymoon

Novelty carries the practice. The first ten days are usually easy — enjoy them, because the novelty fades.

Days 11–40

2. The Grind

The hardest, longest phase, where most quitters quit. The hardness is the habit forming — not a sign of failure. Keep going.

Days 41–66

3. The Lock-In

Around day 40 the practice starts to require less effort. By day 66 it is a default rather than a decision.

The whole body of work is releasing soon.
